Construction project of a biofuel boiler room in Venta town, Akmenė district

In 2013, by the order of JSC “Akmenės energija”, the works of heat extraction designing and preparation of a construction technical project were carried out. A water heating boiler of 2.5 MW capacity with biofuel firing, smoke cleaning and condensing economizer. It is intended to build a closed biofuel warehouse of 400m3 for biofuel. The diameter of the chimney flue is 500mm, the height is 30.0m.

Connection of the apartment buildings of JSC “Palanga City” to the centralized heating supply networks

In 2013, by the order of JSC “Palanga City”, the works of preparation for construction and organizational works of construction were performed and a technical project on heat supply was prepared. Thermal line: 2dn100, 80 and 50, about 0.3 km. T1/T2 = 95/50°C, 16.0* Bar.

Modernization and renewal of the heating system of Marijampolė town

In 2013, by the order of JSC “Litesko”, the works of preparation for construction and organizational works of construction were performed and technical and work projects on construction of heat supply lines were prepared. Reconstruction of the heating networks of Marijampolė town from the chamber 1M- 17A-10 to 1M-17A-5 with entries into buildings. Thermal line: 2dn125-40, about 0.343 km. T1/T2=120/70°C, 16.0 Bar..

Modernization and renewal of the heating system of Alytus town

In 2013, technical and working projects on construction of heat supply lines were carried out. Underground non-channel heat supply lines were designed (7 sections). The total length of the network was 1012 m. The diameter was DN50-DN200.

Reconstruction of heat supply networks, Kaunas district, Garliava town

In 2012, by the order of SC “Kauno energija”, a working project on heat supply networks was carried out. Thermal line: 2dn400/150/50, 361.8 m, T1/T2=120/60°C, 16.0 Bar.

In 2012, a working project on construction of heat supply networks was carried out. Thermal line: 2dn500, 350, 200, about 1.04 km. T1/T2 = 110/60°C and 7.0 Bar.

Construction of CCGT energy block in the Lithuanian Power Plant

In 2011 – 2012: solution of issues related with taking-over, commissioning, harmonization of the combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power unit No.9 and completion of construction procedures; quality control of the project documentation and implementation of the project, technical maintenance of special construction works.

Modernization of the centralized heat supply system of Palanga town

In 2011, by the order of JSC “Litesko”, the works of designing of heat supply networks were performed. Thermal line: 84 m DN250-300, 16 bar, T1/T2 120/60°C; Thermal line: 538 m DN80 -500, 16 bar, 120 T1/T2/60°C; Thermal line: 2612 m DN50-250, 16 bar, T1/T2 120/60°C.

Construction of desulphurisation equipment, units No. 7-8

In 2010-2013, by the order of SC “Lietuvos elektrinė”, the works of coordination and technical maintenance were performed.

Boiler room of the beer production and bottle washing units in Biržai

In 2009-2010, by the order of JSC “Ponoras”, the designing works of heat production, heating and ventilation were performed. 1.0 T /h saturated steam generator of 11.76 Bar.

Feasibility study of the power station No. 3 of SC “Achema”

In 2009, technical-economic justification of the combined cycle technology of a 80mW power plant was carried out as well as hydraulic calculations of the gas pipeline DN250 and DN200 and the optimum capacity of the power plant’s equipment; also schemes of connection to the power networks and layout of equipment of the territory were prepared.

Reconstruction of the boiler room warehouse 6Flp

In 2008-2009, by the order of SC “Kauno energija”, the designing works of fuel supply, heating and ventilation were performed. 2 water heating boilers were installed in the boiler room of SC “Kauno energija” (Karo ligoninės str. 31) of 9.125 MW thermal capacity each. The boiler room is peak. Fuel – natural gas. A project of installation of emergency fuel in the boiler room was carried out, which provides the following:

–          Connection of the current burners of the boiler rooms K1.1 and K1.2 to the designed emergency liquid fuel (diesel) pipelines;

–          Installation of an emergency fuel-diesel system for all three boilers.

Construction of electrostatic filters, Units No. 7-8

In 2007-2011, by the order of SC “Lietuvos elektrinė”, the works of coordination of the contractors’ works and technical maintenance were performed.

Boiler room and engineering networks. Special structure. Reconstruction.

In 2007-2009, by the order of the Infrastructure Development Department under the Ministry of Defence, technical and working projects on heat production and supply, heating and ventilation were carried out as well as reconstruction of the heating sector: reconstruction of the boiler room and heat supply networks, installation of automated heat substations. The operation of the boiler room does not require permanent personnel for maintenance. The capacity of the installed boiler room: 5100kW, boilers intended to be installed: 3 units of 1700kW capacity each, the operating temperature of 95°C. Fuel – natural gas. Heat supply networks: the length of the networks – 1636m, diameter – 42-219 mm. Parameters (pressure in bars, temperature °C): 10; 95. Heat substations: quantity – 19 units, the total capacity of a unit – from 18kW to 734kW.

Reconstruction of the boiler room of SC “Grigiškės” in Grigiškės

In 2007-2008, by the order of SC “Grigiškės” the works of strength calculation of the pipelines were performed. Two super-heated steam boilers GM-50-1 were installed. The performance of each boiler is 50t/h of superheated steam. In the boiler room, thermofication water is being prepared for the heating of Grigiškės settlement. Fuel – natural gas, reserve fuel – fuel oil. The height of the brick chimney is 100m.

Shift from fuel oil to natural gas in the industrial water heating boiler room of two CCG-50 in Visaginas Municipality

In 2006-2008, by the order of the State Enterprise “Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant”, technical and working projects on heat generation, fuel supply, heating, ventilation were carried out. The capacity of the installed boiler room is 2×58.0MW, 3×12, 4MW. The capacity of the steam boiler is 5.0 t/h, 13.0 Bar. Replacement of the burners 4×28. 0MW of two water heating boilers CCG-50 (2×58.0*MW). Installation of a thermofication water pressure control unit DN300, Ps16.0Bar, Ts150°C. Disassembling of the steam boiler DKVR-20/13.

Reconstruction of regenerative air preheaters

In 1998-2002, by the order of SC “Vilniaus elektrinė” and SC “Vilniaus energija”, the works of technical maintenance were performed.
